Q: Do you have age limits for playing Laser Tag?

A: Minimum Age is 7 years old.

Q: What happens if it rains the day of our party/event?

A: If severe weather is anticipated, we will work with you to reschedule to a time convenient for your group. The play field is tree covered and we have tented areas in case of minor sprinkles.

Q: If we are having a birthday party, can we bring our own food?

A: Absolutely! With your birthday party, we have a group tent with tables to enjoy food, cake and fun directly after your laser tag session. While we have drinks for sale, you are welcome to bring your own food and drink. If you would like pizza delivered, please contact us, and we are happy to help with the arrangements.

Q: What is recommended for players to wear?

A: We recommend long pants and closed toe shoes. Players should dress for the weather but may want to wear longer sleeves as well. Bug spray is recommended.

Q: What is your refund Policy?

A: We offer refunds if your scheduled event is more than 14 days out. You will be refunded your payment minus any credit card processing fees. If you are within 14 days of your scheduled event, no refunds will be issued, however, we are happy to reschedule your event.
